Privacy
This site sets no first party or third party cookies, runs no analytics and collects no browsing data. There are no forms: email is the only way to get in touch.

What we process and why: if you write to info@withdcm.com we process your email address, your name and whatever you tell us, for the sole purpose of replying and assessing whether the service fits. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a conversation you started and, if we move forward, pre-contractual measures.
Retention: as long as needed to handle the conversation and, absent a contract, up to one year from the last contact.
Recipients: no data is sold or shared. The email and calendar providers we use act as processors under a signed agreement.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to info@withdcm.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The text, methodology and design of this site belong to DCM Solutions LLC. Third party trade marks and logos shown here belong to their owners and appear with their authorisation, which implies no endorsement beyond the commercial relationship described.

Destinatarios: no se ceden datos a terceros. Los proveedores de correo y calendario que utilizamos actúan como encargados de tratamiento con contrato firmado.
Tus derechos: acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación y portabilidad, escribiendo a info@withdcm.com. También puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Propiedad intelectual
Los textos, la metodología y el diseño de este sitio pertenecen a DCM Solutions LLC. Las marcas y logotipos de terceros que aparecen citados pertenecen a sus titulares y se muestran con su autorización, sin que ello implique vinculación ni patrocinio más allá de la relación comercial descrita.
